In order to make parents more aware of the issue of child safety in cars, the German foundation for comparative product testing Stiftung Warentest and the German automobile club ADAC have published the results of their joint tests on child car seats again this year (June 2010). The aim of this assessment from these independent consumer organisations is to provide parents with reliable advice when deciding which product to buy. ADAC and Stiftung Warentest have recorded a major success with these tests in that the standard of child car seats continues to improve.

Dorel, Europe’s number one manufacturer of child car seats has signed an exclusive partnership entitled ‘My first rental’ with Europcar, the largest car-rental service in Europe. From 7 December 2009, Europcar’s smallest customers will be able to travel even more safely and comfortably in their Maxi-Cosi child car seats.
